At Vintage & Ko, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth, transparent shopping experience. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including:

• Accidental orders

• Unsuitability of style, size, or preference

• Wear consistent with vintage or pre-owned items (fully described and photographed)

We encourage all customers to review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to checkout.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at the details below or via email vintageandko@outlook.com.au Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds & Returns (Consumer Guarantees)

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the item you received is:

• Faulty or damaged

• Significantly different from the description or photos

• Unfit for its intended purpose

If your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your orderand include:

• Your order number

• Photographic evidence of the issue

• A brief description of the fault

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include:

• A full refund

• A partial refund

• A store credit

• A replacement (if available)

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return (where applicable):

• Items must be returned in their original condition

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear

Vintage Item Disclosure

Many of our products are vintage or pre-owned, and may show signs of wear due to age. These characteristics are part of each item’s story and are not considered faults.

We take great care to document and describe any noticeable imperfections. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the item’s vintage nature as described and shown in our listing.
